"My research focuses on building an effective pipeline for effective medical document analysis. This involves medical entity identification and classification along with its semantics, relation ship identification and others That the entity level. On a higher level, I am working on clustering, classification and querying for patients for effective cohort analysis and aid in personalized treatment. This involves a better understanding of patient profile and creating better representation to effectively learn semantics. I am working in data visualisation in this domain for managing effective treatment and guidance."
